  • Same day delivery available. (Must place the order before 12pm)
  • Delivery time frame 12pm-6pm. No specific timing allowed. 
  • Special delivery hours kindly discuss with our customer service.
  • Once order has been placed, it may not be cancelled or refunded. But postponed of delivery date is available before we prepared the order. Please contact our customer service (+6012-6817921) for further discussion.

 

Storage & Product Life Span
  • Upon receiving the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept & stored by receiver.
  • Its receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in air-conditioning room and not exposed to direct sunlight.
  • If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.
