Setup Fine Print
- Outstation & Remote Areas: Setups located in outstation or remote areas are subject to additional transportation and accommodation fees.
- Standard Working Hours: Quoted rates are based on standard operating hours. Setups or dismantling scheduled for early morning (before 11:00 AM), evening (after 7:30 PM), or during public holidays and scheduled off-days are subject to additional surcharges.
- Dismantling Services: All dismantling and teardown services are subject to extra transportation fees, calculated based on the location and timing of the retrieval.
- Site Access: The client must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon time. Any delays caused by restricted access may incur extra labor charges.
- Permits: All necessary venue permits or entry clearances are to be arranged by the client unless stated otherwise.
- Once order has been placed, it may not be cancelled or refunded. But postponed of delivery date is available before we prepared the order. Please contact our customer service (+6012-6817921) for further discussion.
