Delivery Fine Print
- Order must place 2 day before delivery date. (Must place the order before 3pm)
- Delivery time frame 12pm-6pm. No specific timing allowed.
- Special delivery hours kindly discuss with our customer service.

Storage & Product Life Span
- Upon receiving the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept & stored by receiver.
- Its receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in air-conditioning room and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.
